Fraser replaced both doors on my double garage with quality Hormann doors painted in my colour of choice. Work was well done, and operation and care was well explained. The boys cleaned up and took all the debris and old doors away. Great job and price, and transformed the garage security and look.
I had occasion to contact Fraser's at short notice after my very elderly mother-in-law's garage door effectively broke away from the door surround rendering both the door and surround irreparable. I spoke to Fraser himself and from the outset he could not have been any more helpful and accommodating. Within a matter of hours he had examined the door, taken measurements and provided a resolution with timescales. A new door was ordered and fitted to an exceptionally high standard. Not only is Fraser's workmanship first class but their communication and professionalism is of an equally high standard. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fraser's for any future work.
I contacted Fraser having read the reviews on Yell.com. We were fully intending to replace a very heavy steel double garage door by either a roller door or a sectional door. Major challenges were the height available which ruled out a roller door and an array of central heating pipework on the garage ceiling which ruled out a sectional door. However, Fraser came up with a solution using our existing door. It needed the most powerful motor available which had to be specially ordered from Germany. It was received within ten days and four days later it was installed in less than 2 hours at a fraction of the cost of a new door. It works beautifully and in a week’s time Fraser will be installing a similar unit for a neighbour. My message to anyone considering a replacement or a repair to a garage door, is do not consider using anyone else. The service provided to us by Fraser and his colleague was simply outstanding. Fraser Just wanted to feedback on how satisfied we were with the 2 jobs you did for us at Loandhu -the new motor for the large door, and replacement of the single door. You kept us informed of progress, turned up when promised, and did a first class job at a reasonable price. Great business ethic, unusual these days. Richard.
Fraser did a brilliant job for us from start to finish fitting two single and a double garage door. He quoted quickly, provided all the advice we needed, kept us updated on progress, carried out the job efficiently and with real pride and professionalism. Overall a brilliant service and excellent product.
I was fed up hitting my head on the corner of my old 'up & over' garage door, so decided to invest in a 'roller' type door. Had to wait a few weeks for new door to be delivered, but once it came it was fitted the next day. Work carried out brilliantly, all within 5 hours. What a difference it has made!
Fantastic friendly service and excellent quality garage door. Looks great and old door was taken away. Came on time and was fitted in no time. Highly recommend.
Phoned to say when they were on their way. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in minutes flat. Then showed me how to used WD40 to keep garage door in good order. Very fair price too. Thank you.
